1. Our Refund Promise
WizeCV sells fixed-duration digital SaaS packages for career tools such as CV building, ATS analysis, job tailoring, cover letters, LinkedIn optimization, job alerts, and interview preparation. We aim to be transparent and fair: if the service is not right for you and you have not used paid value, you may request a refund within 3 days of purchase.
2. Eligibility for a Full Refund
A full refund may be approved when the request is submitted within 3 calendar days of purchase, the account has not used paid AI credits or premium actions, no CV/resume has been exported or downloaded from a paid package, and the request is made by the original account holder using the same email used for purchase.
3. When Refunds May Not Apply
Because WizeCV is a digital SaaS service, refunds are generally not available after paid features have been used, files have been exported, package access has expired, usage limits have been consumed, or the request is based only on a change of mind after receiving service value. Abuse, account sharing, fraudulent activity, or attempts to resell access may also make a request ineligible.
4. Technical Issues and Duplicate Charges
If a verified platform issue prevents access to a purchased package and our support team cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, we may provide a full refund, partial refund, package extension, or service credit depending on the case. Duplicate charges, failed-payment captures, or incorrect billing caused by a payment processor will be reviewed and corrected through the original payment channel.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact support@wizecv.com or use the support channel shown in your account. Include your account email, payment reference if available, package name, purchase date, and a short explanation. We may ask for additional verification to protect your account and prevent unauthorized refund requests.
6. Review and Processing Time
We aim to review refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank, card issuer, Mada network, or payment provider. Processing times may vary across Saudi Arabia and other GCC markets.
7. Taxes, Fees, and Original Payment Method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Any applicable VAT or sales tax included in the refundable amount will be handled according to the original transaction and local invoicing requirements. Bank, card issuer, currency conversion, or payment-provider fees outside WizeCV control may be handled by the relevant provider.
8. Saudi and GCC Consumer Rights
This policy is designed for transparent digital-service purchases in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or another applicable GCC jurisdiction. If a mandatory rule gives you stronger rights, that rule will apply.

We may update this Refund Policy as our packages, payment providers, or legal requirements change. The version published on this page at the time of your request will guide our review, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
