1. Provider and acceptance
WizeCV is a trading name of Tamakkan For Pioneering Business and Investment LLC, a Limited Liability Company, Commercial Registration No. 1637197. Its registered location is Muscat, Muscat Governorate, Sultanate of Oman, P.O. Box 112, Postal Code 112. These Terms govern your use of https://www.wizecv.com. By creating an account, purchasing a package, or using the service, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and the Digital Delivery & Cancellation Policy.
2. Self-service software and AI limitations
WizeCV is AI-assisted, self-service CV software delivered as a SaaS platform. You operate its tools yourself to create, edit, tailor, and improve CVs; run ATS-oriented analysis; generate cover letters and application emails; choose templates; and export eligible documents. These tools and outputs are delivered automatically and digitally inside the application. WizeCV does not provide human CV-writing, career consulting, coaching, recruitment, custom design, or offline fulfillment services. AI and rules-based outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed and edited by you before use. WizeCV does not guarantee ATS acceptance, interviews, employment, or any particular result. Features marked coming soon are not included in current paid access.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. Keep credentials confidential. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or third-party confidential material without authority, evade limits, resell access, or use outputs to deceive employers. You retain responsibility for the information you submit and publish.
4. Packages, prices, taxes, and access
Packages are fixed-duration, one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. The package, authoritative checkout amount, currency, access period, and limits shown in the checkout review form the purchase terms for that order. Localized amounts in other currencies are estimates only. Taxes are calculated and handled at checkout where applicable. Access starts only after WizeCV receives and verifies a captured-payment webhook and ends at the stated expiry. There is no automatic renewal.
5. Package duration and usage limits
Each package provides access for the period and usage allowances displayed at checkout. Allowances may include resume creation or upload, job tailoring, ATS analysis, cover-letter generation, application-email generation, and exports. The access period begins after payment is successfully verified. Unused allowances expire when the package access period ends and do not roll over. Users may sign in multiple times during the active period. Each successfully completed AI-generated action counts against the applicable feature allowance. An allowance is consumed only after an operation completes successfully and its result is saved. Technical failures, provider errors, timeouts, validation failures, or duplicate retries of the same request should not consume an additional allowance. Regenerating a successfully completed result or starting a new operation may consume another allowance. Manual editing, autosaving, reopening, previewing, or downloading an existing result does not consume another AI allowance unless clearly stated at checkout. The exact package duration, limits, features, price, currency, and tax treatment shown in the checkout review and purchase snapshot form part of the terms of that purchase.
6. Payment and digital access
When payments are enabled, the selected payment provider hosts or secures the payment interface and processes payment details. Available methods depend on the approved merchant account and billing country and are shown at checkout; WizeCV does not promise a particular card scheme or local method. Software access and purchased feature allowances activate automatically after WizeCV receives and verifies confirmation of captured payment. Do not close the confirmation page until your purchase status is shown. Contact support@wizecv.com if captured funds do not result in access.
7. Intellectual property and user content
You retain rights in original content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. WizeCV software, branding, layouts, and non-user content remain owned by the provider or licensors. Your exported document may be used by you for your personal career activities.
8. Suspension, availability, and liability
We may suspend access to protect users, investigate fraud or abuse, comply with law, or maintain the service. Service interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or career outcomes, and liability is limited as the law allows. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes, disputes, and contact
The version published when you use or purchase the service applies, subject to mandatory law. We may update future versions and will provide appropriate notice for material changes. For complaints or disputes, first contact support@wizecv.com or info@tamakkan.net. Applicable mandatory law and the courts or authorities with lawful jurisdiction govern; these Terms do not invent or waive a jurisdiction that must be confirmed for your location.
