By accessing or using WizeCV, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the platform.
1. Account Usage & Integrity
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and will not share access to your account with other individuals.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use WizeCV to upload harmful code, harvest platform data, scrape content, or generate fraudulent resumes. Any abuse of our AI resources or APIs will result in immediate termination of service.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
WizeCV packages are one-time payments that grant access for a designated duration (15, 45, 90, or 180 days). We do not run automatic recurring subscriptions. Payments are processed securely via local GCC and international providers.
4. Refund Policy
Refund requests may be submitted within 3 days of purchase if paid features have not been used and no files have been exported. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times and applicable consumer rights in Saudi Arabia and the GCC. Read the full Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform components, code, UI designs, and logo marks are the exclusive property of WizeCV. Resumes generated by users belong entirely to the user, who retains full copyright over their content.
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
WizeCV provides AI-driven recommendations and auto-writing features. While we aim for peak quality, you are solely responsible for reviewing, correcting, and validating the accuracy of all content on your resume before submitting to employers.
7. Limitation of Liability
WizeCV is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific employment outcomes. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to WizeCV in the preceding 12 months.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh.
